active 8 learning

                            Active 8 Learning (Classroom) Definition

Active (classroom) learning emphasises students' mental participation and engagement, removing opportunities to be passive. It promotes a deeper understanding and retention of subject knowledge by focusing on how to learn, how to think critically and how to reflect. Providing the environment and opportunities for students to collaborate, investigate and solve problems, builds essential life-long skills in a motivating and active manner.
